    Overview

     

    Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a **Manager, End Stream Delivery (ESD) Integration** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.

     

    The **Manager, ESD Integration** , provides direct management guidance, leadership, and oversight to Maintenance Work Management/Control, Waste Management, Facility Outages, and general Facility Support. Supports the Facility Manager and acts on his/her behalf for project interfaces and facility support organizations. Plans, organize and direct short and long-range resource requirements and programs to continually improve Operations efficiency, Conduct of Operations and Human Performance Initiatives, fostering a Nuclear Safety Culture.

     

    Candidate(s) selected to receive an offer will be offered the position level commensurate with their experience and qualifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Provides leadership and oversight to the Maintenance Work Management programs, Waste Management programs, Chemical Control Program, Facility Outages and general facility support.

    + Provides a variety of day-to-day support for the Facility Manager as requested, or when issues or obstacles arise.

    + Fosters an environment in which all work is performed efficiently utilizing DOE/INPO Conduct of Operations Standards and HPI tools within a Safety Conscious Work Environment/Nuclear Safety Culture. Fosters a nuclear safety culture which enhances behavior based safety and personal accountability.

    + Interfaces with Liquid Waste Operations (LWO) management, external and internal customers, including DOE facility personnel and DNFSB.

    + Remains current on training and qualifications as a member of the ESD FOSC.

    + Manages staff, including but not limited to, hiring, assessing performance, mentoring, coaching, training, developing, salary administration and providing overall direction and guidance for work assignments and activities.

    + Provides leadership to work teams and committees such as the Management Review Team, Corrective Action Review Board, and Facility Operations Safety Committee.

    + Manages human relations and resource needs to support efficient facility operations and in achieving milestones including mission critical activities.

    + Participates and leads improvement and efficiency efforts, self-assessments, and field observations.

    + Tracks and expedites priority of Fragnet work packages.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree and related experience; or

     

    Associate’s degree in a technical or mechanical area and related experience; or

     

    High School Diploma and practical work experience in work control, materials management, operations, and maintenance related areas.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Operations experience working in a nuclear facility/site

    + Maintenance experience working in a nuclear facility/site

    + Work Management experience working in a nuclear facility/site

    + Demonstrated leadership experience including previous direct people management

    + Project management experience

    + Broad understanding of environmental laws and regulations, DOE orders and knowledge of company policies

    + Ability to read/understand various electrical and mechanical technical documents (ex. Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, schematics, etc.)

    + An in-depth knowledge of DOE, Federal, and State regulations as well as existing Engineering and Quality Assurances Standards and procedures.

    + Comprehensive understanding of Site work control (work practices), radiological controls, quality assurance, configuration management, material controls and procedures for both maintenance and operations related areas.

    Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, is responsible for managing the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site’s Liquid Waste operations contract. Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor.     Minimum Pay

     

    USD $116,000.00/Yr.
