Job Description:

Packaging drum pack tubular wire for customer use according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements.

+ Operate safely and identify / correct unsafe situations.

+ Follow process specifications for machine setup, production, and packaging.

+ Run multiple machines.

+ Perform specified quality checks.

+ Complete machine setup, change over, cast / sinewave adjustments, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.

+ Place nonconforming products on hold.

+ Perform rework.

+ Perform restock and housekeeping.

+ Willing to train on and operate other machines / processes as necessary.

+ Read and update schedule.

Qualifications

+ Training on applicable Precision / Robo Pack and Drum Pack machinery is required.

+ Able to lift approx. 65 pounds on a continual basis.

+ Able to safely load / unload reels in and out of machine.

+ Able to meet / exceed specified production rates.

+ Able to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time management.

+ Possess an excellent quality record.

+ Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and team working skills.

+ Forklift experience may be required.
