The Spencerport School District is offering a supervised School Psychologist Internship for the 2026-27 school year. The intern will be offered the opportunity to work with a range of student populations (i.e. elementary, students with disabilities, low incident populations). *Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins. Job Description: Under the immediate supervision of the certified school psychologist, the intern will:

+ Conduct cognitive and education evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team

+ Attend CSE meetings

+ Provide counseling services to general education and special education students

+ Assist in crisis management, develop, monitor and assess both academic and behavior support plans

+ Participate as a member of the schools building-based problem solving team to develop assistance for at-risk students

Required Credentials: Completion of appropriate coursework and practicum experiences leading to a Master's/Doctorate Degree in School Psychology.
