+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

+ Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive EHS training program, aligned with industry best practices. Ensure the program is compliant and scalable as well as positions Compliance Strategy and Risk Management (CSRM) as a leader in EHS innovation.

+ Contribute to establishing and maintaining safety standards (e.g., Regional Safety Technical Standards, electrical safety program, energy isolation standard).

+ Identify and address potential risks within the business, develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery and associated electrical risks.

+ Forge partnerships with EHS leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Ensure all training content is aligned with Technical Infrastructure's evolving EHS priorities, objectives, and standards.

+ Monitor training effectiveness through various metrics. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and propose new training initiatives based on your findings.
