    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 6 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role.

    + Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Product) without formal authority.

    + Experience designing business processes, taking initiatives from conception to deployment.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.

    + Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/internal tooling ecosystems.

    + Experience or strong interest in AI product commercialization and driving adoption of AI tools in a business context.

    + Ability to interpret metrics to drive decision-making.

    + Ability to thrive in a "scrappy," fast-paced environment where ambiguity is common and "0-to-1" building is needed.

    + Proficiency in translating operational issues into technology solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    The Sellside Monetization AI team is a newly formed unit with a bold mandate: to architect and build the "AI Operating System" for Google’s Sellside business. We operate like a scrappy, fast-paced startup within the larger organization, moving quickly to pilot new ideas, iterate on feedback, and commercialize AI products from scratch. We are a collective of builders who sit at the intersection of engineering, data, product, and sales, united by a drive to transform ambiguity into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.

     

    This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role as a Product Operations Manager where you will not just manage existing processes—you will build them from scratch. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and global sales to drive the technical execution and business operations of our critical internal tools, specifically Salesforce and our emerging suite of AI-driven products.

     

    Your mission is to translate complex operational issues into seamless technology solutions, ensuring our sell-side teams have the infrastructure they need to scale.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools (e.g. Salesforce) and new AI product initiatives from pilot phase to wide-scale deployment.

    + Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and automate manual processes to minimize error and improve efficiency.

    + Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Influence engineering and global sales leaders to align on resources, roadmaps, and product priorities.

    + Design and execute product launch programs for new feature offerings, ensuring readiness across the business and resolving technical challenges before they impact users.

    + Be able to systematically gather feedback to drive implementation reviews and shape the future roadmap of our tooling ecosystem.
