Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
+ 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
+ Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
+ 6 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
+ 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
+ 1 year of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning.

The Hosted AI Developer Tools team is dedicated to building the unified experience for cloud hosted developer workflows, seamlessly integrating hosted versions of the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Command-line Interface (CLI), agentic tools, and underlying compute infrastructure into a single experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creation of experiences across these hosted AI developer experiences, with a focus on hosted developer experience performance, seamless onboarding with persistent context, and developer productivity.

Responsibilities
+ Define and launch complex solutions for the hosted developer environment, synthesizing insights from user research, market gaps, and technical innovations to build compelling product narratives.
+ Create artifacts and product requirements documents (PRDs) for features for hosted developer tools that align with user needs and organizational goals.
+ Collaborate closely with development and cross-functional teams to drive feature prioritization, resourcing, and execution schedules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work aligned with team goals.
+ Identify, collect, and track appropriate product metrics (e.g., performance, adoption, etc.) to make data-driven decisions and measure business impact.
+ Collaborate with infrastructure, security and governance, and privacy teams to ensure the hosted environment is scalable, resilient, and meets enterprise requirements for security and compliance.
