Job Title: Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours

Pay Range: $21 – $23 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of students with behavioral challenges. In this role, you will work directly in classroom settings, providing support and implementing strategies to help students succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist students with behavioral needs throughout the school day.

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of certified staff.

+ Support classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.

+ Collect data on student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team.

+ Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

+ Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs is a plus.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

+ Must pass background check and meet school district requirements.
