    Local Pay Rate: $75/HR

     

    Start Date: January 2026

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35hours/week

     

    Contract Length: 20+ weeks

     

    Setting: In-Person Only

     

    Grade Levels: K–12

     

    Caseload: Approximately 55 students

     

    Pasadena USD is seeking twodedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for theupcoming term. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who arepassionate about supporting student communication skills and thrive in acollaborative school environment.

    Position Overview

    As a School-Based SLP, you will:

    + Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Provide direct therapy services to K–12 students

    + Document services in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

    + Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    + Support students’ academic, social, and communication success

    Requirements

    + Active SLP license (state of assignment)

    + CCT/SLP certification

    + Prior school-based experience with K–12 students

    + Ability to work fully in person

    + Submission of cover letter and resume

    + No MSP/VMS involvement

    + Feedback on submissions within 48 hours
