    TheAmergis Educational Services Team is currently seeking Speech LanguagePathologists (SLPs) for Part Time and Full Time in person roles with schoolswithin the Sarasota County and Port Charlotte area for the Full 2025-26 SchoolYear.

    Position Details:

    Pay: $70 per hour

     

    Start Date: Jan 2025

     

    Hours: Part time and Full Time available(with full time preference)

     

    Length of Contract: 2025-2026 school year(high possibility of extension into the following school year and option to gointernal directly with school)

    Requirements: SLP-CCC license, must have experience workingwith pediatrics

    TheSpeech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performingstudent evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and thephysician's orders.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
