    Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. The SLP will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services in accordance with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.

    + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

    + Provide direct therapy services and document progress accurately.

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

    + Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment.

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract).

    + Compliance with all professional standards of practice.

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable).

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).

    + Current health certificate (per state or contract regulations).

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Compensation

    + Local Pay Rate: $90/hour

    + Travel Pay Package: $3,859/week (includes meals & housing)
