Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team. The OT will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with each student’s plan of care.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform comprehensive student evaluations.
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
+ Provide direct therapy services to students.
+ Document all services accurately and timely.
+ Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Minimum Requirements
+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
+ One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must be open to traveling between sites (within 15 minutes of each other).
