Occupational Therapist (OT) – $62/hr – Salinas, CA – In-Person – 180 Days

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services to elementary school students in a school-based setting. This role includes performing evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Salinas, CA

+ Start Date: January 18, 2026 (ASAP/Flexible Start)

+ End Date: End of 2025–2026 school year

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday

+ Hours: 35–40 per week

+ Duration: 180 days

+ Pay Rate: $62/hour

+ Modality: In-person only

+ Interview: Virtual interview required

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans

+ Provide direct therapy services to students

+ Document services and progress in accordance with plan of care

+ Collaborate with school staff and administrators

Requirements:

+ Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

+ One (1) year of prior professional OT experience preferred

+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
