    Special Education Teacher

     

    We are seeking an in-person, certified Special Education Teacher to provide instructional and support services to K–12 students. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, this role supports student achievement through individualized instruction, collaboration with general education staff, and participation in program planning.

    Details:

    + Start Date: January 12, 2026

    + Duration: 20-week contract

    + Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

    + Setting: School-based | In-Person Only

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + Valid state teaching certification (Special Education preferred)

    + Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education certification accepted

    + LBS1 endorsement preferred

    + Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

    + CPR, TB clearance, and health certificate as required

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
