    DESCRIPTION:

    Key Responsibilities

    + Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and shipments.

    + Accurately detail and maintain inventory levels.

    + Ensure flawless organization and storage of materials in the warehouse.

    + Prepare materials for shipment, adhering strictly to safety and quality standards.

    + Operate material handling equipment efficiently and safely.

    + Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping applications

    + Collaborate with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements.

    + Position includes product assembly responsibilities [25% of time] which includes kit assembly and kit demand generation calculations

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + 6 months minimum experience in shipping and receiving required.

    + Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

    + Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Should possess a keen eye for detail and meet deadlines

    + Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and vendors.

    + The employee will be required to stand and/or walk up to 7 hours a day and/or sit for up to 5 hours a day; use hands to handle or feel objects to pack shipments and use keyboard for entering orders

    + Employee will be exposed to cold temperatures while checking and stocking products in the Cold Room/Refrigerator

     

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.76–$27.51.
