    The*Montana Department of Transportation*is hiring a*Traffic Data Collection and Analysis Supervisor*. In this role, you will lead the team that collects and turns traffic counts into reliable information used across the department. You will set daily priorities, assign work, coach staff, and keep the program running smoothly and consistently. You will oversee traffic monitoring sites, review and validate data, and make sure results are accurate, well documented, and ready for reporting and decision making. You will also coordinate with internal partners and vendors to plan and support equipment needs, installations, replacements, and purchasing, and you will help improve tools and workflows as needs change. This position reports to the Bureau Chief and directly supervises 9 employees.
