Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years relevant work experience or

+ Master's Degree and 2 years relevant work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, or related field and 3 years relevant work experience

+ Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, or related field and 2 years relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

+ Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple work streams in parallel and be able to see the big picture while also paying attention to detail, required.

+ Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with internal and externals stakeholders, required.

+ Ability to make decisions in real-time, under pressure, required.

+ Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, required.

+ Demonstrated service orientated work ethic with experience in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities, required.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), required.

+ Experience in auditing, project management, or other job function responsible for creating, implementing or interpreting process documents, preferred.

+ Experience working with large volumes of data, data management, data cleaning, and quality control, preferred.

+ Knowledge or work experience with utility energy efficiency and demand side management programs, preferred.

+ Familiarity with demand response and how electricity is distributed to customers, preferred.

+ Experience managing vendor, consultant, and contractor activities, preferred.
