    Your Role:

    + Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee social service programs that support patient care and well-being.

    + Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of social workers and support staff, ensuring high standards of care and service.

    + Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, physicians, and administrative staff to create integrated care plans.

    What You Bring:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    Proven Leadership Experience in social services, preferably in a healthcare setting.

     

    Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

     

    Expertise in Program Development & Policy Implementation.
