    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Event Security Officers to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.     Pay

    $15.00 - $16.50 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members.

    + Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents.

    + Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.

    + Assist with emergencies as directed.

    + Assist with check-in and check out process.

    + Enforce and adhere to ballpark safety procedures.

    More about you

    + Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.

    + No experience or diploma required

    Physical requirements

    + Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach and grasp objects throughout the shift in all weather conditions.

    + Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
