    LSI is currently seeking a leader to serve as the Vice President of Programs and Strategy Development . This position provides leadership to LSI programs and services and drives the implementation of agency strategy.

    What You'll Do

     

    The successful candidate will oversee and direct the development and delivery of all LSI programs and services to ensure achievement of outcomes and performance goals within budgeted guidelines. Provide oversight to the service quality program to ensure COA accreditation. Directly supervise all Service Directors and the Director of Service Quality.

     

    Initiate, facilitate, and drive LSI's ongoing strategic plan implementation and execution.

     

    Orchestrates change in policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate policy decisions. Serves as a member of the senior leadership team with specific responsibilities for providing leadership and operational management to service.

     

    What You'll Need

     

    Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field with a minimum of 10 years of successful human service program experience and five years of supervisory experience.

     

    Preferred: Master's degree in social work, public administration or related human service field with a minimum of 10 years of successful human service program experience and five years of supervisory experience. Preferred candidates will also have at least two years' experience in a senior leadership position.
