    Job Description

    Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.

     

    The **Total Rewards Intern** supports the Total Rewards team by assisting with project work and tasks across Compensation, Benefits, and Crew Systems & Reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in core Total Rewards functions and cross-team coordination.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    + Participate in Total Rewards projects and day-to-day team tasks

    + Support Compensation-related initiatives and data needs

    + Assist with Benefits projects and program support activities

    + Participate in Crew Systems & Reporting work, including Workday-related support

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field

    + 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field

    + Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026

    + Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

    + Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
