    SUMMARY

    As Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind identifying pipelines for new business growth, including new markets, products, and business opportunities, building and maintaining new customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities involve market research, creating business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication and sales skills, and experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the business which include conducting market/vertical research, identifying new opportunities/verticals, developing related business plans, and establishing new customers.

    + Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

    + Create and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and meet sales targets within new verticals.

    + Collaborate with internal teams on product development to align strategies and tailor solutions for customers.

    + Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations, and negotiate and close deals, including contracts and pricing agreements.

    + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track pipeline activity, and report on business development performance.

    + Represent the Company by attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows and networking with potential partners.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

    + Experience: Proven record or knowledge identifying pipelines for new business growth, including new markets, new distribution channels, or new products. Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
