• Electric Pump Mechanic

    Northern Dewatering, Inc. (Rogers, MN)


    ### Job Duties

    Responsibilities:

    Inspect, repair, and maintain submersible pumps and electrical control systems

     

    Rebuild pumps and service electrical panels, breakers, cables, and VFDs

     

    Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues

     

    Perform quality checks and pressure testing

     

    Document all repairs and services in detail

     

    Assist other technicians and maintain a clean, safe work area

     

    Travel to job sites for field service calls when needed

    Expectations:

    Monday through Friday, some overtime required

     

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with urgency and accuracy

     

    Occasional field work in all weather conditions

     

    Detail-oriented and safety-conscious mindset

     

    Dependable, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to lift, bend, crawl, stoop, and climb ladders, stairs, and equipment

     

    Work on uneven terrain and in confined spaces

     

    Reaching, balancing, and carrying tools and materials

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    - Technical school or vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience

     

    - Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

     

    - Able to work independently and as part of a team

     

    - Basic welding skills a plus

     

    - Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

     

    - Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

     

    - Must pass a drug, alcohol, and cannabis screening

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required
