Communications & Creative Manager
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Mannatech is seeking a dynamic Communications & Creative Manager who is equal parts storyteller, designer, and digital strategist. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing Mannatech’s brand voice across all communication channels — from email marketing and social media to internal messaging and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of digital platforms. You’ll manage the company’s email marketing, social media presence, and visual identity, ensuring that all content is cohesive, compelling, and aligned with our mission of transforming lives through glycan science and wellness innovation.

We provide the tools, creative assets, and campaigns that help them grow their businesses and share Mannatech’s mission worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Lead Communications Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans that enhance Mannatech’s brand visibility and engagement across all digital channels.
+ Copywriting & Content Creation: Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for emails, newsletters, product launches, social media, blog posts, and corporate communications.
+ Graphic Design: Design engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, email headers, promotional materials, and event visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Email Marketing: Manage Mannatech’s email marketing platform — build and schedule campaigns, create automations, segment audiences, test content, and analyze performance.
+ Social Media Management: Oversee social media content calendars, community engagement, and analytics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), aligning posts with company initiatives and field activities.
+ Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications — internal and external — are visually and tonally consistent with Mannatech’s brand guidelines.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, field development, and executive teams to craft messaging for launches, events, and announcements.
+ Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance and social engagement metrics, sharing actionable insights to continuously improve reach and conversion.
+ Support Field Communication: Create shareable assets and announcements that empower Mannatech Associates to communicate effectively with their customers.
Required Skills
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
+ 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related creative field
+ Proven experience in graphic design, copywriting, and content management
+ Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
+ Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and analytics
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and basic HTML a plus
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
+ A creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of email segmentation and email marketing concepts (such as sender score, deliverability, and sender reputation)
+ Analytical mindset and ability to use data to make informed business decisions
+ Experience working with email marketing platforms, tools, and systems and a strong understanding of their dependencies on one another
+ Strong grasp of email KPIs as well as email standards and regulations
+ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, able to produce deliverables while managing multiple priorities
+ Passion for learning, tackling new challenges and achieving outsized results
Required Experience
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
+ Experience with Mannatech products or the direct selling industry
+ Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization
+ Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills
+ Enthusiasm for wellness, health, and lifestyle storytelling
