As Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will be central to scaling the supply chain processes of our CAR‑T therapy across the Americas. CAR‑T is highly personalized and time‑critical — success depends on detailed execution across planning, collection, logistics, and manufacturing. You will lead high‑impact initiatives to shorten vein‑to‑vein timelines, increase reliability, enable innovative delivery models, anticipate future market and regulatory requirements, and improve cost competitiveness — all while maintaining the highest standards of quality, GMP/GTP compliance, chain of identity/custody, and patient safety. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead strategic supply chain initiatives that scale operations for future patient volumes, enable operational excellence and meet future market requirements (e.g., lead time reduction, process enhancements).
+ Lead and deliver cross-functional projects end-to-end — setting scope, plans, achievements, metrics and risk mitigations; ensure on time delivery aligned to strategic goals.
+ Drive operational excellence across regions: improve processes, mature capabilities, and implement performance management (e.g. critical metrics, dashboards).
+ Champion continuous improvement using data-driven methods (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce variability, cost and turnaround time.
+ Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration. E.g. team meetings, strategy off sites, Goals & Objective cascades
+ Thought leadership: Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics to aid in decision-making processes. E.g. ageing order analysis, FG inventory analysis
+ Collaborator management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators, representing the leadership team as needed. E.g. IMSC partners
+ Strategic planning: Assist in developing and implementing the organization’s central initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall goals. E.g. G&O, accelerated launch plan, resource planning
Qualifications
Education:
+ A Bachelor’s degree is required/Master's degree preferred (preferred fields: Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Life Sciences)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ A minimum of 8 years of relevant supply chain experience
+ Supply chain planning and/or logistics experience
+ Experience working across organizational boundaries
+ Ability to handle multiple initiatives and work in an ambiguous environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
+ Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels
+ Proven business and financial competence to influence E2E decisions & key outcomes
+ Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills
Preferred:
+ Experience in a start-up/launch environment
+ Affinity with running daily business
+ Supply Chain certifications (APICS / IBF), Project management certifications and/or Green Belt Lean or Six Sigma Certifications are desirable
Other:
+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; domestic and international
+ Flexible hours needed on ad hoc basis to accommodate working with different time zones

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
