Job Description
We are seeking a Programmatic Media Manager contractor to join our Global Digital Marketing team. This role is a critical individual contributor responsible for leading global programmatic campaigns and serving as the in-house subject matter expert for display, video, native, and audio advertising. You will collaborate with Media Planners and Regional Marketers to align programmatic strategies with business objectives and drive innovative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global programmatic campaigns across platforms to support brand awareness and demand generation goals.
• Build and optimize programmatic strategies, including targeting tactics, placements, partners, and creative.
• Own channel performance, including budget pacing, forecasting, and strategic roadmap alignment.
• Introduce innovative strategies, targeting approaches, and automation capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Partner with media agencies for seamless execution, account hygiene, and advanced campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend refinements to targeting, creative, and bid strategies.
• Support tagging, trafficking, and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Web, Marketing Ops, Analytics) to enhance tracking and measurement.
• Utilize tools like Moat, IAS, and DoubleVerify for brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention.
• Explore new programmatic features and beta opportunities with ad platforms and exchanges.
• Maintain and share best practices to support operational excellence.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Media; agency management experience is a plus.
• Expertise in The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
• Experience onboarding and scaling DSPs and ad servers.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand media highly preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Content Syndication experience.
• Paid Search Advertising and Paid Social expertise.
• Familiarity with advanced programmatic strategies and automation tools.
