Job Description
This is a customer-facing role and is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to apply what they have learned in previous positions and to learn new technologies. The individual will assist our customers in the implementation and configuration of our Intelligent Compliance suite of products. The candidate will require expert level technical experience and skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will need to build technical relationships and be responsible for customer success.
Additional tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues, tuning and optimization, documenting customer environments/configurations, working with internal teams, and our customers. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is preferred. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, solving problems, and be a self-starter. Skills and Requirements
• Relevant Consulting experience (5+ years)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
• Comfortable presenting and explaining technology to people with low technical knowledge
• Patience under pressure
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange/M365
• Working knowledge of authentication methodologies like SAML
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and have a positive attitude
• Experience in supporting software for Fortune 500 or other large customers
