Job Description

We are seeking a Business/Technology Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and development teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear technical requirements. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation to support custom software implementations and automation initiatives, including RPA. You will assist with solution design, data modeling, and workflow development while participating in SDLC activities such as design reviews, testing, and deployment. The position involves performing data analysis and validation using tools like SQL and Excel, as well as supporting automation and data transformation with platforms such as Alteryx, Python, or RPA technologies. You will collaborate on UI/UX design using tools like Figma to create intuitive workflows and interfaces. Managing project deliverables, timelines, and communication across teams will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will document processes, technical designs, and implementation outcomes to ensure clarity and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology and wants exposure across the full software development lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in MIS, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field

Recent graduate or previous internship in their field of study (6 months - 1 year of experience)

Consulting experience

Software reporting experience

Understands the software development lifecycle Experience with RPA processes
