    Summary

    + General, outpatient Internal Medicine practice

    + Ability to have inpatient practice, but not required

    + Team of two IM Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers; also work closely with onsite FM team

    + Hospital offers 24/7 Hospitalist and ER coverage

    + Group part of a larger health system which includes all subspecialty physicians

    + Full-time position; enjoy work/life balance with daytime hours

    + No weekends or holidays

    + Call 1:9; phone call only

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $270,000 - $320,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
