Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technology Operations & Engineering Support professional to join the Enterprise Security application technology team. This role supports the Enterprise Security & Resiliency group, whose mission is to safeguard people, facilities, critical operations, and protected information through best-practice security and resiliency strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage technology operations lifecycle processes, including disaster recovery, cloud migrations, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, identify solutions, and ensure technology objectives are met.

-Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational run-books.

Assist in drafting project requirements for Enterprise Security initiatives, ensuring feasibility and timely implementation.

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, vendors, infrastructure, DBAs, telecom, etc.) to support ongoing technology operations and resiliency efforts.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of technical skills required for Projects, Production Support and Vulnerability remediation

-Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

-Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, etc.)

-Proficient in Windows desktop environments (Windows 11)

-Proficient in PowerShell for automation of administrative tasks

-Windows-based Certificate Management/PKI

-DNS, DHCP, and network configuration on Windows servers

-Linux RHEL / Unix experience

-Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications

-Experience with web-based applications hosted on IIS

-Troubleshooting application performance and connectivity issues

-Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM)

-Batch scripting and task scheduling in Windows

-Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)

-Experience with system configuration hardening and endpoint cyber security tools (e.g. – Anti-Malware, etc.)

-Application and system performance monitoring tools and methodologies

-Log management and analysis (Event Viewer, Syslog, etc.)

-Technical solution documentation, diagram development, and process documentation -Active Directory (AD) management, Group Policy; Windows Server roles and features management

-Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL Server (installation, backup, recovery, monitoring)

-Data backup and restoration technologies, applications, and processes; Disaster Recovery Planning

-Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)

-Understanding of IT compliance standards
