Job Description

This role requires to be on site two days/week in Tigard, OR.

Under the direction of the Director of Risk and Compliance, this individual is responsible for identifying, assessing, and recommending actions for actual and potential exposures to the organization with a goal of improved patient and staff safety and protection of the organization’s assets. Ensures adherence to government regulations and accrediting body standards and implements policies and procedures necessary to support risk structures and processes.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor Degree

-2+ years' experience in risk management

-Previous experience facilitating and participating in monthly Safety Committee meetings, quarterly safety checks, tabletop exercises, and preparedness drills to support a strong safety culture

-Previous experience managing data collection and submission processes for the annual insurance renewal -Associate Risk Manager (ARM), and/or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) preferred
