Job Description

As an AI Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions that support the company’s emerging AI strategy. The organization is early in its AI journey and is actively building foundational AI architecture, responsible AI practices, and new AI powered products. You will influence technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and help close the company’s internal AI capability gap.

A major focus will be on developing production ready ML and GenAI models, contributing to automation initiatives, and ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This includes hands on engineering (60%), research and experimentation (20%), and collaborative work with product, engineering, and leadership teams (20%). You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to understand context and translate business challenges into AI driven solutions.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university

• 3+ years of experience with hands on product development, design, and deployment of machines learning models and experience taking AI/ML POCs into production

• 6+ months of experience with Generative AI

• Strong knowledge of AI governance best practices

• Strong programming background java, python, or ruby (python preferred)

• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred)

• Experience with master data management with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks ,etc

• Growth mindset, ability to work cross functionally, and good communication skills • Fintech background

• Experience with AI tools within the SDLC (curser, agent core, and sage maker)
