Job Description

Define the architectural strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into high-level technical specifications and solution designs.

Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize solution implementation.

Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud components and integrations to meet business needs.

Design and architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, considering scalability, performance, security, cost, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (Salesforce Ecosystem and beyond).

Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Define and implement data governance practices and data management strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges related to Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Provide guidance and support to program teams during solution implementation, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture and solutions.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years implementing Salesforce.com based solutions.

3+ years designing Salesforce.com based solutions in an enterprise environment.

2+ years experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an architecture capacity.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

1-2 years of experience with Apex and/or Lightning Web Components preferred.

2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com Core and Marketing Cloud preferred.

Salesforce certifications, such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred. Experience as a Salesforce Architect
