    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Consultant (BA/BSA) with strong expertise with HighRadius to support the major transition and implementation of HighRadius. This individual will work closely with the PMO, Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure a smooth migration, readiness for go-live in May/June 2026 and overall successful system deployment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for TMS processes, providing guidance and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience as a Treasury Analyst (BA/BSA) position.

     

    - Experience with HighRadius TMS or similar platforms, specifically with supporting migration & implementation projects.

     

    - Experience working with PMO, finance, treasury, and IT teams on large-scale system implementations.

     

    - Experience in bank migration projects, including signature setup, corporate documentation, and accounting coordination.

     

    - Experience with reviewing & documenting internal processes during downtime, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

     

    - Thorough process documentation and analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.

     

    - Must be able to work onsite in Pomona, CA during onboarding and as needed thereafter (can work 2-3 days remote later on in the engagement).
