    Job Description

    • The Agile Project Manager will not be expected to facilitate any of the other ceremonies for the teams unless it is a new team and they need to directly model the correct behavior to teach the team.

    • The Agile Project Manager will help the teams develop working agreements including DoD and DoR and define with the teams how they will function without a dedicated Scrum Master as the team members take owner of these responsibilities within the team.

    • The Agile Project Manager will need to be self-motivated and make independent decisions to evaluate the areas of each team that needs agile coaching and attention, attending the various teams events and ceremonies where it’s needed.

    • IT Project Management responsibilities will include:

     

    o Working with teams to identify dependencies, define milestones and delivery dates for complex cross-team projects.

     

    o Identify and manage project risks/issues and provide status reporting.

     

    o Manage forecasts and budgets. An ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets and forecasts in Clarity as well.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years IT PM experience

    • Strong background as a 2+ years as a Scrum Master and experience coaching scrum teams

    • This role may include coaching up to four scrum teams and facilitating sprint retrospectives for each team

    • Scrum Master certification
