Job Description
Provide lead project support for engineering BIM (Building Information Management) projects, SKM and engineering design tools, and Procore global initiatives.
Lead and direct all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects, demonstrating proficiency in project management standards (PMI, PMBOK, ANSI, ISO).
Oversee and provide leadership for a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify key stakeholder objectives and requirements for each project.
Ensure team members execute assigned tasks and provide accurate tracking and reporting.
Deliver in-depth project analysis, including lessons learned and historical reporting for future planning.
Assess team performance and provide input to management.
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to management.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
6+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to manage and organize multiple deliverables and deadlines.
Demonstrated qualities including flexibility, adaptability, creativity, systems thinking, organizational skills, curiosity, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure. 5–10+ years of related work experience.
Experience with BORIS, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and other project management tools.
PMP and/or PMBOK certification.
Comfort level and acumen with engineering domains and computing tools.
