Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in Workday Talent and Learning Management System (LMS) modules. This role is hands-on and focuses on configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday HCM to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent and LMS modules.
Configure and maintain Talent and Learning functionalities (performance management, goal setting, succession planning, course assignments, enrollment rules, etc.).
Collaborate with HR, Training & Development, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity through audits and troubleshooting.
Support Workday release cycles, including testing and documentation.
Provide Tier 2–3 configuration-based troubleshooting for HRIS issues.
Salary: 115k

Skills and Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a focus on Talent module.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in development/training side of HR systems. Experience with Workday LMS module.
Workday certifications in HCM, Talent, LMS, or Reporting.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) and familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira).
