Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly detail‑oriented Programmatic Analyst with 1–2 years of strict hands‑on‑keyboard programmatic experience. This role supports the Programmatic Sales & Operations teams, primarily working behind the scenes to manage deal intake, reporting, and data accuracy across multiple programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate is technically curious, comfortable in the DRST/programmatic ecosystem, and interested in learning the sales side of the business. This position acts as a key operational funnel, ensuring deals are set up correctly, metrics are monitored, and reporting is delivered accurately and on time. This is 10 month contract and pays $20-23hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 1–2 years hands‑on‑keyboard programmatic experience
• Strong understanding of:
• CTV
• SSP concepts
• PG (Programmatic Guaranteed)
• PMP (Private Marketplace)
• DNC (Deal‑ID based campaigns)
• Understanding of DRST (Digital, Programmatic, Streaming TV) ecosystem
• Ability to perform reporting, inputting, and quality checks across programmatic platforms.
• Knowledge of deal structures and how to evaluate deal performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with polished email etiquette.
• Bachelor's degree required. • Political experience
