    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to guide and mentor a team of data engineers and developers responsible for designing and implementing scalable data and integration solutions. This role requires strong leadership in Data Analysis, Snowflake, SQL and Kafka, with a focus on enabling high-quality data flow and seamless integration across enterprise systems. They will spend their day gathering requirements for Product Owner and Scrum Master and working with the correct engineers to find data, and build out scalable pipelines. They will participate in building and recommending new and improved architecture and bring ideas to the organization. They will be the face of the Enterprise Data pipelines and interact with the business and multiple teams. 50% of this role will still be hands on development and building. The annual salary for this role is between $125,000-135,000/yr.

    Skills and Requirements

    12 years of IT development experience

     

    Lead or Architect experience

     

    Hands on experience with Snowflake

     

    Experience with Kafka SQL or Azure Event Hubs for streaming DBT or Data Opps skills

     

    Python or Terraform
