Job Description

We are looking for a specialist to help administer and manage field engineering packages and work closely with FE's and sub contractors. In this scope you will be entering information into Excel and SAP related to work functions and updates happening in the field. This could be related to specific equipment ordered, AFW’s being submitted for jobs to be performed safely, to also supporting financial controls within the projects.

We need this person to help with data entry in SAP, submit work authorizations and draft them for each vendor. You will also take the information from the AFW's and put them in the excel spread sheets. Once the GF sends the FE a Contractor Check List to show construction management dates. FE will check and then create an AFW that gets sent to DO office. Some of these AFW's are for system hardening work and others are focused on rubber glove work. There are about 250 AFW's submitted per week. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Skills and Requirements

- Experience with coordination and analytical support

- Experience working with Excel (V Look Ups, pivot tables, etc)

- Experience and understanding of construction management lifecycle (how projects run)

- Experience with data entry, scheduling and working with vendors

- Excellent oral and written communication - Experience working with SAP

- Prior experience working for this company
