    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a tester to their Data Governance team.

    Day to Day:

    Manual testing of already written scripts within Jira and Excel

     

    Focused on PIM tool project (Product Information Management)

     

    Won't be required to actually write the scripts, but would eventually learn how to format and copy and paste to run scripts for testing, determining pass, fail

     

    This person should have first-hand professional experience creating such internal communication. They should have excellent editing and proofreading skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with teams that they have no prior knowledge of. This is a communication heavy position. This person must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.

     

    Pay Rate: $30-$45 an hour depending on experience and skills

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Proven professional experience working to document management processes and systems

     

    - Experience running scripts and testing scripts within Jira and Excel

     

    - Experience with internal instructional communication

     

    - Understanding around IT in order to create digestible content to non-technical or new users

     

    - Strong editing and proofreading skills

     

    - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    - SAP ECC or MDG Knowledge

    - Any PIM tool experience (Enterworks, Informatica, etc.)

     

    - Experience running test scripts in Jira or Excel - Knowledge of database management systems or Master Data Governance principles and systems (ex. SAP)

     

    - Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
