We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Logistics to join our team in Auburn, NY. This is a First Shift position working at a competitive rate of $28.00 per hour. You will be eligible for full benefits starting on your first day of employment, and you will receive 4 weeks of vacation time annually.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with customer service to manage expedited and hot orders

+ Complete metrics tracking and reporting for the department

+ Pick, pull, and confirm orders for shipment

+ Coordinate efforts with the inventory team

+ Oversee documentation and procedures for Canadian and parcel shipments

+ Assist with various international orders, including spreadsheet tracking and Grainger shipments

+ Work closely with union members, supervisors, and shipping/inventory office staff

+ Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks

+ Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or a related field preferred

+ Advanced Excel experience and proficiency with spreadsheets and shipping software

+ ERP experience required

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Willingness to learn all aspects of the shipping and receiving process
