    **Salary Range:** $90,000 – $95,000

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a **Dispatch Supervisor** , you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your day will include:

     

    + Coordinating with multiple departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.

    + Handling inquiries related to missed pick-ups, misplaced containers, and property concerns.

    + Analyzing routes and supporting drivers in the field when questions arise.

    + Scheduling and dispatching work throughout the day to drivers and other team members.

    + Using MS Office and proprietary systems to manage schedules, data, and reporting.

    + Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting goodwill in every interaction.

    + Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while identifying opportunities for additional services.

    What We’re Looking For

    **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.

    Experience:

    + 2+ years in dispatch within transportation or logistics preferred.

    + 2+ years in customer service.

    Skills:

    + Strong typing and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

    + Professional, tactful approach when working with field personnel and customers.
