    Job Description

    BAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and career-focused Engineering Technologist II to join our team in support of USN/BMD Programs. As a USN/BMD Baseline Coordinator, you will provide independent engineering and technical support to the U.S. Government Project Lead, working collaboratively with a team of engineers, technologists, and military veterans. This role requires a strong understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process and experience with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience in planning and management at the project level

    + Understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process

    + Familiarity with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles (desirable)

    + Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; OR equivalent experience (AEGIS Veteran)

    + Strong communication skills and ability to learn and work well with others

    + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline or equivalent experience

    + Project Management

    + Systems Engineering

    + Test & Evaluation

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
