+ Own the CMMS/EAM planning and weekly scheduling process for preventive, predictive, and corrective work in coordination with Production and EHS.

+ Develop clear job plans (scope, labor, duration, skills, permits, LOTO steps, QA checks) and ensure accurate close out documentation.

+ Prioritize the maintenance backlog using risk, asset criticality, and production impact; manage ready to schedule status.

+ Plan plant shutdowns and maintenance windows, including critical path activities, contingencies, and contractor sequencing.

+ Coordinate OEMs and service contractors (scope, quotes, site access, safety orientation, and quality of work).

+ Support reliability initiatives (RCM/TPM), PM optimization, and RCA; capture lessons learned into standard work.

+ Ensure compliance with EHS and quality requirements (LOTO, hot work, ESD handling, calibration/verification, documentation).

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

+ Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) and Excel; able to build reports and dashboards.

+ Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing assets and utilities (e.g., winding/pressing/coating equipment, ovens, vacuum systems, HVAC, compressed air, chillers, boilers).

+ Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals; convert technical information into executable job plans.

+ Working knowledge of predictive technologies (vibration, infrared thermography, ultrasound) and lubrication best practices.

+ Experience applying reliability and lean tools: RCM, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, standard work.

+ Root cause analysis capability (5 Why, fishbone/Ishikawa) and disciplined problem solving.

+ Familiarity with industry quality frameworks common to our markets (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485) and good documentation practices.

+ Safety first mindset with practical knowledge of LOTO, confined space, electrical safety/arc flash, and permit systems.

+ Effective stakeholder communication and negotiation to balance production priorities with maintenance risk.

+ MRO planning and vendor management skills, including BOM accuracy, lead time mitigation, and cost/availability tradeoffs.
