Position Summary:
The Safety Compliance Specialist will be part of corporate safety and will collaborate with various members of the team to monitor and ensure compliance with expected processes and programs. Additionally, the Safety Compliance Specialist will work alongside other members of the team on a variety of key safety initiatives that will drive improvement across the business. This position will help us ensure processes are being executed as intended and will provide an insight to areas of improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
• Contribute to various business-wide safety projects which may involve creating presentations, running and analyzing reports, developing communications, establishing processes and expectations, monitoring performance, etc.
• Review various performance reports to identify process compliance issues and concerns.
• Research contributing factors that may be leading to compliance issues and concerns and engage the appropriate team members to identify an action plan.
• Provide routine project status updates to leadership.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
This role does require significant weekly travel
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate support setting
• Introductory data analysis skills
• Must be able to organize and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration & organizational skills; ability to navigate cross-business functions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening are required.

Salary Range: $69,300 – $93,500
