    Our Perioperative Services provides full support throughout the duration of a patient's surgical procedure, spanning ward admission, anesthesia, surgery and recovery. Professional care services include identification of the patient’s individual needs, patient care plan development and implementation and the coordination of nursing service to restore each patient’s health before, during and after a surgical procedure.

     

    As the Manager, Sterile Processing you are responsible for managing assigned staff and the daily workflow operations of the Sterile Processing and Decontamination Department. You will develop and administer the sterilization process and oversee the coordination, maintenance, and storage of medical instruments, supplies, and equipment to support adequate inventory levels. In this role, you will provide expertise in sterile processing techniques and ensure sterile processing procedures adhere to infection control practices including quality, regulatory, clinical, and compliance guidelines to promote safety, efficiency, and delivery of quality services.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related health field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or related work experience. Three (3) years of experience in materials management, sterile processing, supply processing, inventory, and/or related experience. Three (3) years of lead or supervisory experience.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's degree. Certification in sterile processing.
