**PDS Tech Commercial is proud to partner with a global leader in the diagnostics industry to support a state-of-the-art GMP Radioligand Therapies Production Facility.** We’re seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** who thrives in regulated environments and wants to play a hands-on role in keeping advanced manufacturing operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Your Impact
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be essential to the continuous operation of a highly regulated, cutting-edge production facility. Your expertise will help ensure critical diagnostic and therapeutic products are manufactured safely, compliantly, and without interruption—directly supporting patient care and innovation in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform **corrective and preventive maintenance** on production equipment, laboratory equipment, utilities, and building management systems
+ Troubleshoot and repair complex process equipment, including:
+ Containment isolator systems
+ Filling line equipment and utility connections
+ HVAC, pumps, motors, pneumatics, vacuum systems, compressed gases, and control systems
+ Interpret **P&IDs, wiring diagrams, system layouts, and specifications** to plan and execute maintenance activities
+ Support **24/7 site operations** following startup
+ Perform maintenance within **cleanroom and GMP environments**
+ Execute **startup and commissioning activities** as required
+ Support radiation safety programs, including **calibration and functionality of radiation detection equipment**
+ Complete work orders thoroughly and accurately using a **CMMS**
+ Develop and revise **SOPs, maintenance procedures, and training documentation**
+ Provide technical input for investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and spare parts sourcing
+ Train and mentor junior or newly hired maintenance technicians
+ Ensure full compliance with **cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements**
+ Deliver responsive internal customer support with a strong focus on quality and service
_Note: Initial onboarding will be followed by assignment to either 1st or 2nd shift._
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent ( **Bachelor’s degree preferred** )
+ **3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience** in a regulated GMP environment
+ Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
+ Experience documenting work in **CMMS** and maintaining accurate GMP records
+ Proficiency with **MS Office** , Building Management Systems, and maintenance software
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
+ Willingness to work **nights, weekends, and holidays** as required
+ Comfortable working in **protective clothing** , cleanrooms, and hazardous environments
+ Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in **pharmaceutical, medical device, aseptic fill/finish, or radiopharmacy environments**
+ Training or experience in **radioactive or hazardous materials environments**
+ Familiarity with global regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, DEA, EMEA, etc.)

**Pay Details:** $25.42 to $29.09 per hour
