    Summary of the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled **Sealers** to support routine production assembly operations for a major aerospace leader. In this hands-on role, you will apply sealants, install components, and help ensure the structural integrity and safety of aircraft systems. Your work directly contributes to the reliability and performance of aircraft used around the world.     Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    + Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, and equipment using manual processes.

    + Look up, read, and interpret technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English.

    + Apply sealant to surfaces according to detailed specifications.

    + Install various aircraft system components, including panel installations.

    + Perform in-tank sealing in fuel tanks and other structural areas.

    + Conduct wash and preparation processes for fuel tanks.

    + Operate mechanical lifts such as ladders, tiger lifts, and snorkel lifts.

    + Work with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.

    + Perform bond and ground measurements to ensure compliance and safety.

    + Work in confined spaces as required, with proper training and certification.

    + Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

    + Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

    Required Qualifications

    + 6 months or more experience using software applications, including internet navigation tools, email, Microsoft Suite, or specialized computer applications.

    + 6 months or more experience reading and following detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English.

    + 6 months or more experience in advanced manufacturing, mechanical, or technical roles involving hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

    + 6 months or more experience applying chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, or special finishes.

    + Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

    + Ability to work in confined spaces with appropriate certification.

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

    + Ability to meet physical demands including bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, twisting, standing, walking, crawling, and crouching.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience sealing or working with fuel tanks or structural aircraft components.

    + Prior aerospace assembly or sealing experience.

    + Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.

    **Pay Details:** $27.13 per hour
