Role Summary & Impact
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, to hire an experienced **Programmer Analyst** to support Manufacturing Quality Information Technology. In this highly impactful role, you will design, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications that directly support manufacturing quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your work will help ensure aircraft are built to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Job Details
+ **Job Type:** Full-Time Consultant (12-month assignment)
+ **Location:** Hybrid
+ Currently onsite once per month, with potential to increase to 3 days per week
+ Candidates must live within commuting distance of a site in **Seattle, WA; St. Louis, MO; or Charleston, SC**
1. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM PST
2. **Pay Rate:** $54 to $68 per hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
3. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain multiple Manufacturing Quality enterprise applications
4. Set up, migrate, optimize, and support **AWS DevOps environments** for:

6. C#/SQL Server applications
7. Java/PostgreSQL applications
8. Provision and configure development, test, and production environments
9. Build, test, and deploy automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions
10. Identify, investigate, and resolve technical, reliability, and infrastructure issues
11. Develop and document DevOps best practices for scalability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
12. Perform full stack development and maintenance of multiple C# applications
13. Support system security compliance, technical debt remediation, and configuration management
14. Provide production support and collaborate across IT and business teams
15. Support regulatory compliance requirements and quality audits

Required Qualifications
23. 5+ years of professional software development experience
24. 3+ years of professional **AWS DevOps** experience
25. 3+ years of **C# Full Stack Development** experience
26. 1+ year of professional experience with **SQL Server**
27. 1+ year of experience with **AI Code-Assisted Software Engineering**
28. 1+ year of experience working in **Agile Software Engineering** environments **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Education & Experience
36. Typically 5+ years of related professional or military experience
37. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred but not required

**Pay Details:** $54.00 to $68.00 per hour
