Specialized Recruiting Group is searching for a **Warehouse Manager** on behalf of a **long-established Dubuque, Iowa company** . This is a key leadership role within a team-oriented **distribution and light assembly** environment, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and driving efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will provide hands-on leadership across shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and light assembly functions. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow

+ Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff while promoting a safe work environment

+ Develop and improve processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

+ Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate cycle counts

+ Collaborate with production, logistics, and purchasing teams

+ Champion safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience in distribution/light assembly

+ Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

+ Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (SAGE100, barcode systems, or similar preferred)

+ Proven ability to improve processes and manage inventory effectively

+ Strong commitment to safety and quality
